In My Father’s House Are Many Rooms
Jesus tells the disciples not to be troubled. Their trust in God extends to trust in him, and his Father’s house has many rooms prepared for them.
“1Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe in Me as well. 2In My Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?
He says he is going to prepare a place, will return, and will bring them where he is. The way to that place is already known.
3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and welcome you into My presence, so that you also may be where I am. 4You know the way to the place where I am going. ”
