Paul’s Greeting to Titus
Paul introduces himself as God's servant and Christ's apostle for the sake of the faith of God's elect and their knowledge of the truth that leads to godliness, all in hope of eternal life promised long ago by the God who does not lie. He says God's word has now been manifested in the proclamation entrusted to him, and he greets Titus as his true child in their common faith with grace and peace.
