Daniel’s Vision of the Son of Man
In the night vision Daniel beholds one like a son of man arriving with the clouds and being presented before the Ancient of Days. This figure receives universal dominion, glory, and kingship, and all peoples are brought into enduring service under Him. Where the beasts arose from the sea in violence, the Son of Man comes from heaven in dignity, and His kingdom is everlasting rather than temporary or corrupt.
