Hosea 14:9
Whoever is wise, let him understand these things;
What it says
The wise are called to understand that the LORD's ways are right; the righteous walk in them, but transgressors stumble.
What it is doing
This verse closes the book by turning Hosea's whole prophecy into a test of wisdom and response.
